    ABFA Reports 2.4 Percent Increase In ABL Invoice Finance Client Numbers

    ABFA (Asset Based Financing Association), the #invoicefinance industry body, has published the statistics for their members for the year to the end of March 2013.

    These show UK ABL/invoice finance client numbers increasing from 41,498 to 42,497, an increase of 999 or 2.4% over the year. Positive growth but the number of businesses finding their way to these cash-flow funding products is still way below what it should be.

    Time and time again our market research surveys have found that a lack of awareness and understanding of invoice finance, amongst UK businesses, is the main reason for this. Invoice finance could help many more businesses raise working capital finance.
