    Confidential Factoring Credit Control Funding And Confidentiality

    Confidential Factoring could be the right product for a business that wants the funding that factoring can provide and the credit control service but doesn't want their customers to know that they are using such a service. Confidential factoring is different from Confidential Invoice Discounting in that factoring also provides that additional credit control, and invoice collection service whereas with Confidential Invoice Discounting the client has to undertake the credit control themselves.

    With Confidential Factoring the factor chases customers in the name of your business (an outsourced credit control service) and provides a specific phone number that customers can call that will be answered in the name of your business. This way customers are unaware that you are using confidential factoring and you still get the benefits of the outsourced credit control service.
